French Press 101: Brew Coffee Like You Live — Bold and Untamed

If you’re still tiptoeing around coffee like it’s some fancy art form, it’s time to toughen up.
Coffee isn’t meant to be delicate.
It’s meant to fuel your wild.

And nothing brews a stronger, bolder cup than a French press — the rough-and-ready way to wring every ounce of grit out of your beans.

Here’s how to do it right:

1. Start With Fresh, Coarse-Ground Coffee

You wouldn’t hit the trail with bald tires. Don’t brew with stale beans.
Use fresh-roasted, coarse-ground coffee — rough like gritty sand, not fine like powder.
(If you’re running Lifted Grounds Coffee Co.™, you’re already ahead.)

2. Boil It Like You Mean It

Heat your water to around 200°F — just off a full boil.
No fancy gadgets needed. If it’s bubbling hard, let it sit for 30 seconds.
You’re ready.

3. Rough Pour and Wait

Slam your coffee grounds into the bottom of your French press.
Use about 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 oz of water — or more if you’re feeling dangerous.

Pour your hot water over the grounds, making sure everything gets a good soak.
Then wait.
4 minutes — no stirring, no peeking. Let the wildness brew.

4. Press Like You’re Breaking Trail

After your brew time, grab that plunger and press slow and steady.
Don’t rush it.
You’re pushing down the chaos into something strong and smooth — just like life off-road.

5. Sip and Fuel the Mission

Pour it.
Drink it.
Feel it hit your bloodstream like a starter pistol.

You’re ready to rip through whatever the day throws at you.

Final Word

A French press isn’t about perfection.
It’s about power, grit, and getting it done right — just like your adventures.

Brew bold. Live untamed.
And never settle for weak coffee again.

Stay lifted. Stay wild. Stay fueled.™
