Each order placed is an exciting opportunity for us to roast something special for you. Payment must be fully processed before we roast your coffee to guarantee freshness. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other clearly indicated options during checkout.
Roast-to-Order Shipping
Lifted Grounds Coffee Co. is proud to offer roast-to-order freshness, exclusively shipping within the United States. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after roasting. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate; we’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
Our Commitment to Quality (Returns & Refunds)
Given the perishable and custom-roasted nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can swiftly resolve the situation.
